JBC ALE-210V Auto Solder Feeder Soldering Station

It is the ideal solution for soldering processes requiring a free hand. It works with the comfortable ALE250 Auto-Feed Soldering Iron and C250 Cartridge Range. You can easily configure parameters such as dispensed wire speed and length thanks to its newly upgraded 7-key keypad. You can also monitor the solder consumption thanks to integrated counters.
3 working modes:
In Continuous Mode solder wire is fed while the button keeps pressed.
Discontinuous Mode allows the configuration of the speed and the solder wire amount that will be fed on each click.
Program Mode enables the operator to configurate 3 consecutive feeding steps, obtaining a more dynamic and efficient soldering. Up to 5 programs can be set.
Solder Wire Perforation:
The solder feeder features a small blade that perforates the solder wire down to the flux core while feeding it. This perforation process allows better flux flow and outgassing, avoiding solder and flux splashing when soldering.

 The included GALE10V Guide Kit makes this station compatible with Ø 1.0 mm / 0.04 in single-core solder wire. If you require a different guide-kit size, please contact us.
Furthermore, this station allows a solder reel up to 2 kg / 4.40 lb (DIN 100).
Wire dispensing speed and length are easy programmable.
Available guide sets make this tool compatible with 0.4 to 1.8 mm solder wire.

The AL250-B Auto-Feed Iron uses the C250 range of tips.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Sleep and Hibernation mode: These modes lower soldering tip temperature when the tool rests in the stand in order to avoid oxidation and extending tip life.
Max/Min temperature and solder wire length/speed: Limits the ranges of temperature, solder wire feeding length and speed in which the operator is allowed to work.
