Desco 19240 Wrist Strap Tester

Tests Path To Ground and Presence of an Inline 1 Megohm Resistor in Wrist Strap - Determines that operator’s personal grounding device is functioning correctly.
9 Volt Battery Power Supply - Tester may be set up in areas where AC power is not available.
NIST Calibrated with Certificate - Calibrated with accepted procedures and standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
The Wrist Strap Tester will also test a Groundable Static Control Garment System. The Groundable Static Control Garment System must have an RTG of < 3.5 x 107 ohms to meet the required limit of ANSI/ESD S20.20-2007 tested per ANSI/ESD STM2.1 and ESD TR53.
Wrist Strap Range: 800 Kilohms - 10 Megohms.
