Delivery
We will endeavour to courier your order same day for items listed "in stock". For other items within delivery time indicated (ie 2-3 working days, 1 week), if for any reason this is not possible we will contact you to advise expected delivery date.

All orders are shipped via tracked courier so we require a physical address for delivery.

If you are looking to purchase from outside New Zealand please contact us and we can check shipping costs for you before proceeding. We currently only list New Zealand as a shipping destination as it is difficult to estimate overseas shipping costs. We can ship economically via standard (untracked) post or tracked postal courier.
Refund Policy
All products carry full manufacturers and will be replaced or refunded upon inspection of returned goods if any fault is found.
