Chemtools CT-R001-SI-150 Silicone Heatsink Compound 150gm

Chemtools® R001 heat sink compound is a white 'grease like' silicone compound material, which is specially formulated for use on applications where thermal transfer is required without electrical conductivity.
Low bleed and evaporation, easy to apply, good thermal performance, re-workable and easy to remove, non toxic.

Excellent non-creep characteristics
Wide operating temperature range -50°C to +200°C
Low evaporation weight loss
Excellent thermal conductivity even at high temperatures 0.9 W/m.K
